Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → LiftFuel AI → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open LiftFuel AI on your new device and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Your subscription should restore automatically. If not, go to the subscription screen and tap "Restore Purchases."

How does the AI readiness score work?

Your daily readiness score (0–100) is calculated from your sleep, nutrition compliance, training load, and per-muscle-group recovery. The more data you log, the more accurate it becomes.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data. You can export your workouts and nutrition logs as CSV or JSON files.

Does the app work with Apple Health?

Yes. LiftFuel AI integrates with HealthKit to sync your body weight, step count, and sleep data. You can enable or disable this in Settings.

Why aren't my macros updating?

Make sure you've completed onboarding and set your goal, body weight, and activity level. Your macro targets are calculated from these inputs. If you've changed your goals, go to Profile to update them.
